Week of Jan. 15-19

Great week with ELA teachers.  PLC meetings were productive and authentic 1:1 discussions occurred.  Who knew doing something as simple as creating field guide folders for each ELA genre and grade level would make the teachers so happy?! One step closer to building the relationships necessary for successful coaching.  Next week, observations begin.

    Yay for already finding a way to provide value add to your teachers. You're so good at building relationships with your teachers, and it's clear that this cycle that has continued. I'm looking forward to hearing about how the observations go and what challenges your teachers start to work on!
