New semester, new cycle, new PLC room, Winter Institute... exciting times! I began 1:1 meetings with my cycle 3 teachers. Thankfully, they seem to be receptive to my 'invading' their territory. I find myself constantly worrying about how I word things... because, ELA teachers, ha!
Winter Institute was Ah-mazing! I honestly wasn't thrilled to be off campus for two days before WI began, but I quickly realized it was held at just the right time, as I needed the benefits; the stories, the sharing of resources, the new ideas, the reassurances, and of course, the genuine laughs. I am super excited to share out the knowledge and resources I brought back to campus!
