Hallelujah... a couple of break-through moments this week! The two least technological teachers in the current cycle successfully achieved parts of their goals. One teacher in-particular has been reluctant to ask for assistance, even when I'm offering (in person!) and twice this week, they spoke up during PLC and asked for a "how to" mini lesson of sorts. B.R.E.A.K.T.H.R.O.U.G.H.
May seem rather mundane to most people, but seriously, this is huge for these teachers!
Although we've made some great progress this cycle, I wish we had more time. I think we got a little spoiled with the first two cycles, and now this third one has just sped by! I believe I may hold onto two-three teachers for at least part of next cycle. We're building momentum, and I don't want to lose it!
In the midst of future uncertainties, I am super stoked about the opportunities I have had thus far to walk alongside some pretty amazing teachers, and witness their growth. :)

Hooray! I know this was such a short cycle, so I am so glad that you were able to see some real progress even in the shorter time period. Of course, I'm not surprised! But it is so much more fun to be able to see the great success!
